Creative arts counselling is a safe and gentle form of therapy that is suitable for all ages and is particularly effective for children, adults or individuals who are stuck, blocked, or resistant to traditional forms of “talking” therapy. Creative arts counselling can also be used with people who have an interest in creativity or enjoy making art, or for people who have difficulty expressing themselves verbally.
